Hey! I’m Andreka and therapy with me feels like talking to someone who truly gets it—no judgment, no pressure, just real conversation and real tools to help you move forward. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, parenting struggles, or just feeling stuck and overwhelmed with life. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

With over 9 years of experience, I combine proven methods like CBT, DBT, and strengths-based therapy with a deep understanding of cultural identity, emotional regulation, and self-love. I’ve worked in schools, inpatient treatment, and the community—and I bring all of that into a warm, authentic space where healing can happen.

Whether we’re unpacking communication breakdowns, breaking unhealthy cycles, or helping your teen find their voice, I’ll meet you with empathy, humor, and a belief in your ability to grow. I specialize in aggression replacement training, addiction and substance use recovery, parenting support, and guiding people back to their most grounded and empowered selves.

This is your space to breathe, reflect, and get back in touch with who you are and where you’re going. Let’s do the work—together.
